Winteraustreiben – Ein Feuer der Freude<\/h1>\n

Der 21. M\u00e4rz, das Fr\u00fchjahrs-\u00c4quinox, auch \u201cFr\u00fchjahrs-Tag- und Nachtgleiche\u201d genannt, galt unseren Vorfahren in nichtchristlicher Zeit als wichtiger Fixpunkt im Jahr. <\/span>
\n<\/span>Zu diesem Datum, sind Tag und Nacht gleich lang…ein Umstand, der im Jahreskreis der vorchristlichen europ\u00e4ischen Kulturen das endg\u00fcltige Ende der kalten Jahreszeit und den nahenden Sommer anzeigte, was nach den oftmals harten und entbehrungsreichen Wintern f\u00fcr unsere feierfreudigen Ahnen nat\u00fcrlich Grund genug war, sich zu versammeln, den entsprechenden G\u00f6ttern zu huldigen, die letzten Geister des Winters mit gro\u00dfen Freuern zu vertreiben und fr\u00f6hlich feiernd den Fr\u00fchlingsanfang einzul\u00e4uten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die germanischen Festtraditionen konnten von Stamm zu Stamm verschieden sein, so auch die Termine, an denen die Feierlichkeiten begangen wurden.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Am Beispiel der \u00fcberlieferten Tradition des Nerthus-Umzuges, w\u00e4hrenddessen ein von Ochsen gezogener Wagen mit einer verh\u00fcllten Nerthuspriesterin, vermutlich von der Insel R\u00fcgen aus zu Ostara startend, durch die suebischen Gaue reiste, um rituell den Fr\u00fchling ins Land zu bringen, wird deutlich, dass ihre Huldigung unm\u00f6glich in allen Siedlungsgebieten zeitgleich zelebriert worden sein kann. <\/span>
\n<\/span>Folglich gab es regionale Unterschied was die Termine angeht und \u201cdas Osterfest\u201d umfasste einen gewissen Zeitraum, \u00e4hnlich wie das Julfest auch.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Zweifellos war den Semnonen das Fr\u00fchlings\u00e4quinox bekannt, einerseits durch eigene Beobachtungen, andererseits durch den Kontakt mit den ebenfalls heidnischen R\u00f6mern, f\u00fcr welche dieser Tag ebenfalls heilig war…dennoch feierten die von den Semnonen abstammenden Allamannen das Fest zu Ehren Ostaras (Nerthus) zum Vollmond des Ostermondes (April).<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir werden von Jahr zu Jahr den g\u00fcnstigsten Termin innerhalb dieser Zeitspanne f\u00fcr unser Osterfeuer ausw\u00e4hlen und da es sich beim Fr\u00fchlingsanfang auch heute noch um einen h\u00f6chst erfreulichen Anlass handelt, werden auch wir dieses Fest feuchtfr\u00f6hlich zelebrieren.<\/span><\/p>\n
